The following general terms and conditions are the basis for all users of the "growth fx" and "growth sf" services from 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner. Rights and obligations are regulated by 2besales and the provision and use of the services by the customer. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized by 2besales, unless they have been agreed in writing in advance. 2besales and the offered services "growth fx" and "growth sf" have no connection to Instagram, Facebook Inc. or LinkedIn. This website is not part of the Facebook website, Instagram website, Facebook Inc. or LinkedIn. In addition, this page was not created on behalf of Facebook Inc. or LinkedIn. Note: The offers & contents of this page are expressly aimed only at traders & entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 BGB.

§1 Contracting Parties


Contracting parties are the respective client and 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner. In this case, 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner takes over the order data processing. If a party uses third parties to carry out the contract, they will not become contractual partners. The contractual partner is permitted to use the information available to him and, if necessary, to export and reuse his data. Automated querying of information using software and / or scripts is prohibited. The customer bears the sole responsibility to find out about new updates and changes to the services and products we provide.

§3 Description of services, duration and termination


The services offered by 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner can be seen in the descriptions at https://www.2besales.de/. The 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner also reserves the right to edit, stop or stop the "growth fx" and "growth sf" services at any time (e.g. due to maintenance work). The contract is concluded and the duration is dependent on the period of the package booking.

The user undertakes to comply with the Instagram and Linkedin guidelines at their own responsibility. Thus, 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner does not guarantee compliance with the Instagram and LinkedIn guidelines through the "growth fx" and "growth sf" services offered by 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner.

The 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner does not guarantee the legal consequences that may arise from the use of the services "growth fx" and "growth sf". The use of the services "growth fx" and "growth sf" offered by 2besales through Patrick Häfner is at your own risk and at your own risk. §5 Rights of use / obligations


The contractual partner is the only one who is entitled to the functions and services of the "growth fx" and "growth sf" services. The provision of the "growth fx" and "growth sf" services to third parties or the forwarding of login and software data is prohibited.

In the event of non-compliance, 2besales, represented by Patrick Häfner, reserves the right to carry out an extraordinary termination and to reclaim the full fee for the specified contract term. During the test phase, the customer has the opportunity to test the functions and services depending on the package selected. The passwords and data used during registration must not be passed on and must be kept secret. The prices and the services provided by 2besales (2besales) can be found on the website. These products are monthly or annual subscriptions, depending on the selected payment model. The customer undertakes to transfer the agreed monthly or weekly amount of money (depending on the selected payment model) to 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner in good time. In the event that this money is not transferred or made available at the time specified in the contract, 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner reserves the right to terminate the contract early and to request the money back.

§6 Delivery date, Service Delays, Acceptance


The delivery date agreed with the client is agreed as the execution date. The 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner can deviate from the delivery date stated in the order confirmation if the order proves to be extraordinarily extensive or has particular difficulties. If an order cannot be executed within the agreed period due to important reasons (e.g. illness, no internet or technical problems), the client cannot derive any claim for damages from this. If 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner can no longer fulfill obligations due to circumstances for which it is not responsible, 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner has the right to cancel the contract without any obligation to pay compensation. §7 Data Protection

§8 Final Provisions



All contract changes or side agreements related to this contract can be changed and carried out by 2besales represented by Patrick Häfner at any time. If after 14 days the customer does not contradict the general terms and conditions that we have changed and communicated to the customer, the changes made are deemed to have been approved. In the event that individual provisions or agreements in this contract are / become ineffective or individual provisions of this contract have gaps, the legal validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. By using the services "growth fx" and "growth sf" provided by 2besales through Patrick Häfner, our customers confirmed the general terms and conditions as read and accepted. The legal basis for this contract is German legislation.
